Reviews for Boss BV9982 In-Dash DVD/MP3/CD AM/FM Receiver (Electronics) Purchased this radio online from Walmart and shipped to store. Also paid for the 3 yr prolonged warranty. And then paid $130 to have it professionally put in at Best Buy. A month later later the radio (am and fm) cease working. Called the Extended Warranty number they usually since it used to be inside 90 days, to return it to the store for an Exchange, I said they do not raise it in the store and he or she stated that I HAD to go into the shop to take care of it. So trek into the shop and the local assistant supervisor (who used to be great to work with) verified that now not simplest don't they raise it in-stock, but it is a discontinued item so he cannot EVER get a substitute. So we both name the Extended Warranty quantity once more (with the shop manager prime the charge) and their resolution was to provide to refund buy price... however then we're out the $130 installation charge (they wouldn't quilt that). The ONLY answer they said was to call Boss Audio in an instant and they would deal with the return/repair. If I thought factors have been dangerous ahead of, it handiest obtained worse...
